Recipe: Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 heads broccoli, cut florets into tiny pieces
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • ½ cup frozen baby peas, thawed
  • 1 small can diced olives
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion

Dressing Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayo
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 4 Tbsp Red wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix the dressing together and set aside. Add the other ingredients together. Stir in the dressing. Chill before serving.
